“It’s Entertainment” with David Shadrick

Well Dave is back and today he said he wanted to talk about music. I thought that was a really good idea because that made him responsible for the Jukebox Choice of the Day. So enjoy the comment and enjoy the music in whichever order you choose. DSM

“In Honor of Nirvana”

Rick Astley posted this “DISCLAIMER” with his video- “I do not claim nor imply ownership of the audio file, pictures, or any of this. I simply put together some pictures and the music so others could enjoy.” Calamity Politics does not own the presented work. We are just sharing some great music. Enjoy!

“Trump’s Gone, What Next?”

Trump’s Gone, What Next?

Dave’s back, only two days late. I suspect he was doing some street dancing. Anyway, welcome back. In today’s episode Dave is all about bringing the Trump supporters into the fold. I personally have my doubts, but I try not to fight with my friends. LOL. Whatever your political leanings David thinks we can work it out. In fact, I think he sounds a bit like a marriage counselor.

He in fact believes we are in a battle for the soul of the gas pump. Comments welcome.

The Pro-Trump Family

“The Pro-Trump Family”

Just who are the pro-Trump supporters? With the 2020 election season in full swing David Shadrick has been thinking about just who the pro-Trumpers are. After analyzing several of his friends up close he has come up with a theory about what has joined so many American’s to Trump and why.

This is probably the hardest article I have ever tried to write.  It shouldn’t be that hard to simply remind everyone that we all need to be a little bit nicer to each other.  As the world around us experiences the chaos that is existence, we need to remember to take a few extra minutes to embrace kindness, as a life choice.

Reserve Your Condemnation

When I do fundraising I often times have to remind volunteers not to become agitated or angry when someone doesn’t make a donation, or worse, is disrespectful.  I remind them that there are so many charities begging for money; and people have limited resources. I know what it’s like to be on a fund raisers platinum mailing list.
